The Texas Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate is required for customers purchasing our products for resale purposes.

Examples of businesses that use this certificate include retail nurseries, garden shops, landscaping companies and re-wholesale landscape supply companies.

The Texas Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate is required for non-profit organizations and government agencies engaged in horticulture.

These customers must be registered with the Texas comptroller as an active organization to claim tax-exempt status.
